Vision Paid primarily acts as a facilitator connecting customers with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and other financial institutions. Most of our services are provided free of charge to customers. However, in certain cases where fees are applicable, this refund policy shall apply.
2. Service Fees
We would like to clarify that:
- Our consultation and loan application assistance services are generally free for customers
- We earn commissions from our partner financial institutions
- Any fees charged directly to customers will be clearly communicated upfront
- All applicable fees will be invoiced with proper documentation
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
3.1 Erroneous Charges
- If you have been charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
- If the amount charged exceeds the agreed-upon fee
3.2 Service Non-Delivery
- If we fail to provide the agreed-upon service due to our fault
- If the service is cancelled by us before commencement
3.3 Duplicate Payments
- If you have made duplicate payments for the same service
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after availing the service
- Loan or insurance application rejection by the lender/insurer
- Customer's failure to provide required documents
- Customer's decision to cancel the application
- Services already rendered and completed
- Processing fees paid to third parties (banks, NBFCs, insurers)
- Government fees, stamp duties, or statutory charges
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of the transaction
- Provide your transaction details and reason for refund
- Submit any supporting documents if applicable
- Allow us up to 15 business days to review your request
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days through the original payment method.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refund Request Review: 7-15 business days
- Refund Processing: 10-15 business days after approval
- Credit to Account: Depends on your bank/payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
7. Cancellation Policy
For services that can be cancelled:
- Cancellation requests must be made before service commencement
- Cancellation after service commencement may not be eligible for refund
- Any third-party charges incurred will not be refunded
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision:
- You may escalate the matter to our customer support team
- Provide all relevant details and documentation
- We will review and respond within 15 business days
- If unresolved, you may seek remedies under applicable laws
9. Modifications to Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
